The True Zin Zinfandel hails from the Salento region of southern Italy. The grape is usually known here as Primitivo, but this wine is produced in a style more similar to Zinfandel wines from the USA, with an almost overipe and very bold flavoured style. The wine is barrel-aged in wood, giving further rich flavours and character. This is a full-on style with higher alcohol and mouth filling fruit. The wine is organic and suitable for vegans.
